AI automation agency · UKDiagnosis before build
Most of it doesn't need automating · we'll tell you which bits do

A UK AI
automation
agency that
diagnoses first.

Most AI automation agencies start with what they can build. We start with where your revenue is actually leaking — then usually recommend one narrow fix rather than a programme. Sometimes the honest answer is that your spreadsheet is fine.

The definition

What an AI automation
agency actually does.

An AI automation agency builds systems that do defined operational work inside the software a business already runs — answering calls, replying to enquiries, moving data between tools, handling the repetitive admin that quietly eats a week a month.

In practice that usually means one of three things: a customer-facing AI agent on the phone or on chat, workflow automation connecting systems that do not talk to each other, or an AI workspace set up inside the business for the team to use directly.

The category has a reputation problem, and it is earned. A lot of what gets sold as an AI automation agency is a thin wrapper on a no-code tool, deployed and forgotten. The useful version starts by working out which workflow is actually costing you money, and often concludes that less needs building than you expected.

What Axivon is

A revenue-led AI transformation partner. We start with where the money is leaking, not with which tool to buy.

The Revenue Leak Map

Four places revenue leaks.
We fix one at a time.

These are capabilities, not packages. Which one you need — if any — comes out of the diagnosis. Plenty of businesses turn out to need one narrow fix rather than a programme.

Buyer's guide

How to choose an AI
automation agency.

Five questions worth asking any agency on your shortlist, including us. If the answers are vague, that is the answer.

01

Do they diagnose before they quote?

An agency that recommends a build before understanding your workflows is selling a product, not solving a problem. Ask what happens before anything gets built.

02

What do you own at the end?

Get it in writing: your data, your software accounts, your phone number, your brand and channel identity. A vague promise of no lock-in is not an exit route.

03

Who runs it once it is live?

Automation that nobody maintains quietly rots. Ask whether there is an adoption period, who monitors exceptions, and what happens in month four.

04

Can they name what they will not automate?

Anyone who says everything can be automated has not run a business. The useful answer names the parts that should stay human.

05

Is the first step small enough to say no to?

A good first engagement is bounded and cheap enough to walk away from. If the only option is a large project, the risk is all yours.

What it costs

One price we publish.
One we quote.

UK AI automation agencies typically charge somewhere around £2,500–£5,000 for a single focused build, £8,500 and up for a multi-system implementation, and £300–£997 a month for ongoing support. Most projects run two to eight weeks from first call to live. Those are the published market ranges, not our quote.

We publish one number: the Revenue Leakage Review is £495 + VAT, credited in full against your first implementation if you go ahead within 30 days.

We do not publish implementation prices, and we would rather say why than pretend it is policy. Until we have looked at your workflows, any number would be a guess dressed up as a quote. The Review exists so the first real number you see is based on your business — and so you can stop after it, having paid £495 rather than committed to a project.

How delivery works
  1. Diagnose — the Review. Journey scan, one workflow mapped in depth, a costed recommendation.
  2. Implement — one bounded workflow, with success measures agreed before anything is built.
  3. Embed — a 90-day adoption period. Exceptions monitored, team trained, handover documented.
  4. Expand — optional, and only if the first one earned it.
