2. What data we collect
When you submit a form on this website (contact form or free audit form), we collect the following information:
- Full name
- Business name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Business type (free audit form)
- Approximate weekly enquiry or missed-call volume
- Any information you include in the free-text message field (contact form)
3. How we use your data
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiry by email or phone
- Send you a follow-up message via WhatsApp — only if you ticked the WhatsApp consent box on the contact form
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing (via Meta/Facebook Pixel and Conversions API, using hashed data)
We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use it for any purpose beyond responding to your enquiry.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you have initiated) and, where applicable, consent (for WhatsApp messaging, which requires an explicit opt-in under UK GDPR and PECR).
5. WhatsApp messaging
If you opted in to WhatsApp messages, we may send you automated follow-up messages relating to your enquiry via WhatsApp Business. You can withdraw your consent and stop receiving these messages at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from us.
6. Data retention
We retain your contact details for up to 12 months from the date of your enquiry, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. After that period your data is securely deleted.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the legal basis)
- Lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority
